The Replacement Kit Extra provides the BMWR 100 models up to 1980 with advantages identical to those of the standard Replacment Kit.
It contains, however in addition, four already pressed-in stainless steel push rod protection tubes. These stainless steel parts have the advantage over the standard products that they are supplied absolutely rust free. (For all models from year 9/1975 on, engine block drilled out to 99mm).

To provide the engine oil with the appropriate cooling, we also recommend, the fitting of an additional oil sump spacer ring or an oil cooler kit.

Fast-revving, a lively response and, last but not least, a really powerful standing-start torque can be achieved in these motorcycles from 9/1978 on by the use of a Siebenrock asymmetric camshaft (art. no. 1131800).
