The Large Oil Pan in Classic Fallert Style
Back in the 1980s, renowned BMW tuner Fallert developed an oil pan far ahead of its time. The goal was to ensure maximum cooling and lubrication under high loads without the need for an additional oil cooler. This was achieved through extensive internal and external ribbing, providing efficient heat dissipation and maintaining a consistent oil temperature even during sporty riding.
Particularly innovative were the crescent-shaped oil baffles surrounding the oil pickup, which prevented the oil level from shifting away during hard braking or acceleration, thereby ensuring reliable lubrication under extreme conditions. In addition, the aerodynamically designed shape with its front spoiler character gave the oil pan not only a sporty appearance but also created a stabilizing suction effect towards the road surface.

Technical Renaissance – Now Exclusive from Siebenrock
Under the Siebenrock label, this proven concept has been completely reinterpreted and technically refined. In extensive development work, the oil pan has been completely redesigned. Jochen Siebenrock focused especially on optimizing the rear section, resulting in compatibility with all BMW two-valve boxers from model year 1969 onwards – including R 45, R 65, as well as all Monolever and Paralever models. A key advantage: the original exhaust collector can remain in place on all models, significantly simplifying installation.
Four reinforced support bridges and robust mounting bolts further improve sealing compared to the original design. Despite these upgrades, the new Siebenrock FM oil pan weighs only 2.5 kg, making it approximately 600 g lighter than its predecessor while maintaining the same high level of strength and durability.
With an oil capacity of 4.0 liters, it offers optimal lubrication and extended oil change intervals, enhancing both engine lifespan and operational reliability. Its aerodynamic shape not only adds a sporty aesthetic but also provides a stabilizing spoiler-like suction effect towards the road surface.
The precise fit allows for easy installation without modifications, and its high-quality aluminum alloy ensures maximum stability and longevity, even under extreme thermal and mechanical loads.

Scope of delivery:
Complete installation kit, including a matching spacer for the oil pickup with two gaskets, all necessary mounting bolts, an oil pan gasket, and a sealing ring for the drain plug.
Note:
On models up to 09/1980 with two cross braces on the center stand, modifications may be required.
For models with a metal bracket on the center stand, spring set Part No. 1113103 is needed.
