Motor cover

This cast aluminum starter cover is perfect for custom BMW conversions. This cover replaces both the starter and air filter housing covers and it gives the boxer motor a stunning, classic look. This cover fits best with BMW /5 and /6 motors (actually timing covers) but it will also fit all 2 valve twins.

With this cover, the air filter is eliminated, so you will need to install individual air filters. The cover does not have a provision for a fuel line crossover however if one is desired, the cover could be modified to accept a crossover line. It attaches with the original two screws that secure the original starter cover.
