Replacement Kit 1000cc 99mm Plug & Play

We now offer a Replacement Kit for the BMW 2V Boxer R 100 models up to 1980.
Through modifications to the cylinder base, this Replacement Kit fits these BMW 2V Boxer R 100 models from 9/1976 with an engine housing bore of 99mm.

In addition to two nikasil-coated cylinders, the kit includes forged pistons that are 110 grams lighter and optimized compared to the original, as well as high-quality piston ring sets and piston pins including the corresponding circlips. The kit is completed by comprehensive installation instructions and a TÜV certificate.

Just like its little sister, the 1000cc also enjoys a decent increase in power and torque across the entire power band after fitting the Replacement Kit. A strong, measured 67 hp can be called up after the intervention. In use, the kit shines with smooth running and - due to the optimized Kolbe - a not to be sneezed at degree of spontaneity.

Order at the same time a set of gaskets, (art. no. 1100102), in OEM quality, to complete the fitting of the Replacement Kit.

To provide the engine oil with the appropriate cooling, we also recommend the fitting of an additional oil sump psacer ring or an oil cooler kit.
